Sprint Agility & Plyometrics training

The sprint, agility and plyometrics training is set up where you will come in three days a week and each of those days you will work solely on one of the above. Mondays you will working on running technique and speed, Wednesdays you will work on coordination, body control and awareness and agility, and Fridays you will work on jumping technique and explosive power. This training program is set up for individuals looking to work together in a group setting at a more affordable cost.


Mondays are sprint training, Wednesdays are for agility training, and Fridays are Plyometrics training.

Our staff is trained to educate each member on how to properly use our fitness equipment, ensuring you get the most out of every work out you do with us.

    We provide our members with a high-end, state-of-the-art physical fitness center with top-tier equipment that will assist your workout routine properly.

     We have a track, indoor and outdoor, basketball and tennis courts, lifting equipment, and plenty of open space to get creative with your work outs.


    Not only that, but we offer personal training to all of our members. We can personalize your workout routine to fit your fitness goals regardless of your experience level.


    Then, after you finish your workout for the day, visit our store on your way out. We sell customized gym merchandise if you need some gear.

    • Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 7 pm
    • Friday: 8 am to 6 pm
    • Saturday: 8 am to 2 pm
